Why we built it

Good gifts come from knowing what someone actually likes right now: their current favorites, the things they'd never buy for themselves, the sizes and the hard nos. That information usually lives in a conversation you can't have without spoiling the surprise. Imparted captures it quietly and turns it into suggestions that fit the person and the budget — and with a subscription, keeps it for the next occasion.

Who's behind it

Imparted was founded by Chris Ireland (LinkedIn), the husband who kept getting the gift wrong and decided to just ask instead, with his wife and co-founder Libby Ireland (LinkedIn), the Wife Approved half of the team. They build and run it as a small, independent operation.

Imparted is built and operated by Chill LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company based in Bella Vista, Arkansas. We're a small, independent team focused on making thoughtful gifting easier — not on selling your data or filling your inbox.

Imparted is free to try, with optional subscriptions. Some gift links may also be affiliate links, meaning we can earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
